In addition to the issuing of the stamp in honour of Chabad, the Philatelic service also made a special cover to be used of the first day. On the first day cover there is a picture of the Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach with the verse from Yeshayahu printed next to it. "The spirit of the L-rd shall alight upon him, a spirit of wisdom and insight, a spirit of counsel and valor, a spirit of devotion and reverence for the L-ord". The verse is written in Hebrew and English. On the envelope is a stamp that has an insert of the Rebbe`s signature. The Philatelic service also put out a pamphlet explaining the significance of Chabad, the Rebbe and 770.
