Vaadat Chabad for issuing the stamp, came together in order to continue and bring about the wonderful idea of issuing a stamp in honour of Chabad. This idea was started by Harav Shlomo Maidanchik A"H, "the Rebbe`s diplomat". He began this project about three years ago, and in the first one and a half years, he obtained the necessary permits etc.

The head of the Vaada is Harav Ofer Meyodovnik along with אגו"ח members, The United Chasidim to bring Moshiach, and the family of Harav Maidanchik.

This stamp has been issued with the compliance to the Chabad Rabonim in Israel and each stage was supervised and approved by Chabad Rabbis and Mashpiim in Israel.
